HOUSE BILL NO. 345 "An Act designating the bridge to be built on                                                                
the Dalton Highway at approximately mile post 308 as the Sam                                                                    
Schuyler Memorial Bridge" which had been moved to the bottom of                                                                 
the calendar (page 2483), was read the second time.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.
